Hey Everyone...we made it safely to the D.R. yesterday. We were a bit delayed in Miami, but we made it safely here around 3:45 p.m. central time. Last night was a great get to know you time. We met the other team from Indiana that is here working with us and all of the team leaders. Today we began our ministry by painting the classrooms at Colegio Vida which is a kingdergarden through 12th grade school. It was a great experience. The teens and I sweat like no other. We definately earned our beach time. After leaving the internet cafe we are going to have a de-briefing time together. It should be pretty awesome. Tomorrow we are going to have a block party in Bombita and we are going to have the opportunity to see my two boys, Jeffery and Adonis. I can't wait. I'll write more tomorrow. Thanks for following.
